How long will my order take?
With our high volume of orders, we aim to get all print orders out the same day if ordered before midday, or within 24 hours of your order. However, if your order is a custom design, our team will e-mail you updates for approval and ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product before shipment is made. This will be within 24 hours of your final approval. We will keep in touch and provide you with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
I already have my own designs and just want them printed into labels?
Please check out our PRINT section and upload your artwork. This will need to be PDF format.
I want my own designs made up for my brand?
We offer a custom design service to suit your needs. Click on our CUSTOM DESIGN page, select your required packaging option and complete the personalised options to enable us to meet your needs.
How will my order be sent?
All orders are sent in secure, unmarked packaging for your complete security. We use reputable, tracked courier services to ensure that every parcel arrives with you promptly. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive confirmation either by text or email along with the tracking details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Heavier items such as glass jars are more expensive to ship but quotes can be made, international shipment quotes can be made for all products.
